We are currently recruiting for a new position designed to streamline our maintenance service offerings to our industrial clients. As a Solution Builder for our growing team in Shreveport, LA. You will help customers solve civil maintenance problems. Your primary role will be to conduct job walks, understand the customer’s needs, estimate, and propose projects. Successful candidates have a background in leading crews, hands on experience in civil work, interacting with customers, and performing initial estimates of needed manpower, materials, and equipment.
