Pay Range:$50 - $55 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Recruiting Implementation Consultant with extensive experience in SmartRecruiters and Avature to lead and manage the implementation process for a fully remote, 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new systems, driving process improvements and ensuring project objectives are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure recruiting solutions using SmartRecruiters and Avature platforms.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Managaing tickets, verifying the questions are valid and case gets resolved
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones efficiently.
• Drive process improvements in recruitment operations.
• Provide training and support to users for a smooth transition to new systems.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficient in SmartRecruiters and Avature
• Strong project management capabilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Industry Experience Required:

• Prior experience in recruitment technology implementation within HR or recruitment domain
