UCHealth Medical Group and the Neurosurgery group in Pueblo, Colorado are ready to welcome a Board-Eligible/Board Certified Neurosurgeon to their team. We improve lives through fresh ideas, innovative approaches and an unwavering commitment to world-class care.Desired start date: ASAP.Replacement position, high demand and only one existing neurosurgeonMust be Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible through the ABNSSchedule: 2 days in clinic, 2 days in OR, 1 flex day.Clinic: Average 8 to 12 patients per day, with additional patients from 3-4 PAs.ER call: 7 days per month, with imaging review from home and minimal in-person requirements. Very hit or miss - in general the surgeon does not have to go in. They look at images from home and let them know whether or not to admit the patient. Floor calls go to PAs.
