Job Title: Scrum Master SAP S/4HANA
Job ID: 25-10871
Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 09 months on W2 Contract
Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite (Tues Thurs) at OGO
Note: Local candidates only. Client laptop provided; supplier may need to provide temporarily due to delays.
Description:
Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery of SAP S/4HANA within a hybrid Agile environment for a leading utility company. This is part of a multi-year digital transformation program covering finance, supply chain, HR, and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 1 2 Agile teams in SAP implementation.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, BAs, and SAP partners to manage backlogs.
- Support integration with PMO and waterfall workstreams (testing, data migration, etc.).
- Participate in PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Agile metrics reporting.
- Manage work using Jira, Confluence, and SAP Activate methodology.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master in enterprise Agile/ERP environments.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or major ERP systems (SAP ECC, Oracle, Workday).
- Strong Agile and hybrid delivery experience (Scrum, SAFe).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $90.00-$95.00 per hour.
