Responsibilities
* Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
* Serve as the first point of contact, directing enquiries to the appropriate personnel or department.
* Accurately record and document call details and relevant information within our internal systems.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, adhering to data protection and privacy regulations.
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure that enquiries are resolved efficiently.
* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's mission and general operations to answer initial queries effectively.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a call centre, customer service, or administrative role is essential.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
* Strong active listening skills and a high degree of empathy and patience.
* Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems or other data management software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry would be highly advantageous.
