Responsibilities:- Serve as a primary liaison for client communication across phone and email channels
- Coordinate changes to coverage, resolve account-related questions, and guide clients through next steps
- Generate proof of coverage documents and ensure all regulatory requirements are met
- Handle transaction processing and maintain precise financial and account records
- Manage and organize client data within the agency management system
- Stay ahead of upcoming expirations, modifications, and pricing updates
- Bring structure to internal processes by keeping tasks, timelines, and follow-ups on track
Qualifications:- Background in the insurance field with hands-on client service experience
- Licensed or open to obtaining licensure with company support
- Comfortable using agency systems
- Experience in small or independent-style agency environments
- Exceptional communicator who builds trust and delivers a high-touch client experience
