Position Title : Database Marketing Manager
Reports To : Vice President of Marketing
Department : Marketing
Shift : Varies
Role : The Database Manager is responsible for maintaining the security, accuracy, and integrity of the customer database while driving all direct marketing initiatives. This role partners closely with marketing leadership to develop data-driven strategies, manage vendor relationships, oversee campaign execution, and analyze performance to maximize marketing effectiveness and brand loyalty
Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. Builds brand loyalty by living the JW Marriott Core Values.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience (or equivalent education / experience) in a casino marketing or related data-driven marketing environment.
- Skills :
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access and Excel.
