Desktop Support Engineer
The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support across desktop, mobile, and network environments. The Desktop Support Engineer will handle imaging, troubleshooting, and support for Windows-based systems and enterprise applications. The Desktop Support Engineer will work closely with users to resolve technical issues and ensure system reliability. The Desktop Support Engineer will also assist with device management and network troubleshooting activities. The Desktop Support Engineer will play a key role in maintaining end-user productivity and satisfaction.
Role Descriptions:
Imaging, Troubleshooting, Windows 7 and Windows 10, printer support, skills on manufacturing applications, mobile device support
Responsibilities (Experience Required):
- Experience in Desktop management (2 4 years)
- Server, Network, and Mobile Device management (2 4 years)
- Troubleshooting skills on Laptop/Desktop/Mobile Device Management Softwares (2 4 years)
- Printer and Network Troubleshooting (2 4 years)
- Experience supporting Windows 10 and Office 365 applications (2 4 years)
Good to Have Skills:
- Communication skills
- PowerShell or any scripting knowledge (1 2 years)
- Knowledge on application packaging or image management using MDT (1 2 years)
- Rigor to work for customer satisfaction and end user experience
- Team collaboration skills
- Eagerness to research and explore new equipment, hardware, and software technologies
