JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager of Statewide Market Partnerships leads the development and expansion of high-value external relationships across school, medical, and community channels. This role brings senior-level clinical and systems knowledge to the Business Development (BD) function, serving as a credible ambassador for the organization with school district leadership, healthcare systems, and community stakeholders. The Senior Manager contributes to market strategy and provides guidance to Market BD Liaisons across all markets.
POSITION SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead development and stewardship of strategic partnerships across school-based, medical, and community sectors.
- Serve as a senior relationship owner with school district administrators, hospital executives, and community partner leadership.
- Apply clinical and systems expertise to position the organization's services with credibility and authority.
- Collaborate with Senior Director of BD on market strategy, partnership prioritization, and growth planning.
- Provide guidance and support to Market BD Liaisons across all markets.
- Lead school district-level partnership negotiations and embedded clinician program development.
- Represent the organization at senior-level external meetings, conferences, and community events.
- Support expansion into OKC metro and Cleveland County by leveraging existing network and developing new relationships.
- Identify gaps in service access and communicate market intelligence to BD leadership.
- Contribute to grant strategy and funder relationship development.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure partnership commitments are fulfilled.
- Track and report partnership outcomes, referral trends, and relationship health metrics.
- Support proposal development and contract execution for major partnership agreements.
EDUCATION:
- Master's Degree in related field is required
EXPERIENCE:
- Deep knowledge of school-based mental health systems, district operations, and student services frameworks.
- Strong clinical credibility and ability to communicate with licensed professionals, administrators, and executives.
- Excellent relationship development, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of CCBHC standards, SoonerCare/SoonerSelect, and Oklahoma behavioral health landscape.
- Ability to operate across multiple markets and stakeholder environments simultaneously.
- Collaborative approach to working within a BD team structure while exercising significant autonomy.

- Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC or other mental health professional
