GL Homes, one of Florida's leading homebuilders, is seeking a Senior Web Designer for a fast-paced environment, with strong visual design experience and a deep understanding of crafting intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital experiences. This role leads the creative direction of our web presence, blending strategic vision with hands-on design execution.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Create visually compelling and user-friendly digital assets and websites that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
- From concept to launch, guide the design process, and collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Design responsive layouts optimized for various devices and screen sizes, prioritizing mobile-first designs.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Optimize designs to improve performance, maximum speed, efficiency, and implement best SEO practices.
- Build and maintain design systems, troubleshoot and fix performance issues as needed, such as broken links, files not opening properly and slow page loading speeds.
- Regularly update content on the website and other interactive products.
- Proactively suggest design enhancements and improvements.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.
