Description
-Process payroll bi-weekly for 1500 employees
-Review time sheets, and wage computation to accurate run payroll and detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies
-Monitor overtime, garnishments, benefits, taxes and other deductions
-Ensure best practices and compliance with State, Federal and Local laws
-Facilitate audits thru records productions for auditors
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of new hire documents including terminations and changes of payrates Requirements
Requirements
-AS or BS in Accounting, Business Administration or HR required
-5 years proven Payroll accounting experience
-Proficient with ADP Workforce Now, HRIS and reporting
-Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills
-High degree of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
