Warehouse Associate

As a warehouse associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are accurately prepared and shipped on time. Your key responsibilities will include material handling, order picking, assembling shipments, and ensuring the accuracy and safety of all operations.

Responsibilities :

• Provide material handling services that meet safety, security, and productivity standards.
• Pick orders from a high-rise warehouse and assemble them for shipment.
• Ensure picked orders are accurate, free of damage, and meet company guidelines.
• Complete any necessary documentation or computer transactions to track product and workflow.
• Operate powered material handling equipment efficiently and safely.
• Assist other areas of VC / Manufacturing as volume requires.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $41600.00 / yr. Average tenure of employees is 11 years - 10 paid holidays - 1 paid volunteer day per year 401K : 100% up to 3% 50% from 4% - 6% Profit Sharing : somewhere between 1.5% - 3% of base salary - 3% pay increase after 6mo. - annual review and raises in March (3% - 6% based on company performance) - Cater in lunch every week - Monthly 1 : 1 to see what candidates what to do in next role / what they need help in If pay does not line up with what candidates are looking for they will try and give them extra PTO or sign on bonuses PTO : Years of Service - PTO Earned Per Year - Full Time Accrual Per Pay Period 0 to 2 17 days 5.23 hours 3 through 4 19 days 5.84 hours 5 through 9 21 days 6.46 hours 10 through 14 25 days 7.69 hours 15 and up 29 days 8.92 hours
