Ultimate Staffing is partnering with an Irvine-based Manufacturer seeking a
Order Management Coordinator
to support key retail and sitribution partners.

Fully onsite in Irvine, CA

Direct Hire
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm; earlier start times available and preferred
Salary:
$60,000 - 72,800 annually

Key Responsibilities:
Order Management & Fulfillment
Manage high-volume EDI and manual orders from entry through completion
Accurately input, review, and validate order data, resolving discrepancies proactively
Monitor inventory levels and flag potential shortages or fulfillment risks
Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
Customer & Account Support (B2B)
Serve as a primary point of contact for retail buyers, distributors, and partner businesses (not individual consumers)
Communicate with major stores, retail partners, and their representatives regarding orders, timelines, and issues
Respond to inquiries primarily via email, with some phone interaction as needed
Provide clear, professional updates on order status, delays, or changes
Issue Resolution & Operational Support
Investigate and resolve order, product, or delivery issues with urgency and accuracy
Identify root causes and implement solutions while maintaining strong customer relationships
Maintain detailed records of all interactions, transactions, and resolutions
Data & Reporting
Utilize Excel to manage and analyze order data, inventory, and operational workflows
Work with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas to track and validate information
Support reporting needs and maintain clean, organized data systems
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer operations, order management, or customer service role within a manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics environment.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication skills, especially in written/email-based correspondence
