NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a leader in live events and hospitality in Frisco, TX! Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Invoice Processor on a contract basis.

Responsibilities :

  • Process a high volume of invoices using manual PO matching, coding, approval, and workflow
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions
  • Resolve any discrepancies when necessary

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferrable in a shared services environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365, and / or Infor M3
  • Strong knowledge of invoicing processes
