Prepares reports showing qualitative and quantitative trends and projections and generate practical programs and recommendations to improve overall organizational.

Contacts are internal and external. May act as point of contact to provide advice and guidance on the application of policies and procedures. Established policies/procedures provide guidance for most assignments but allows considerable discretion for employee to select the most appropriate approach. Resolves most problems and work issues without the assistance of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. Work is rarely reviewed, typically through status reports and at project completion to ensure policy compliance and alignment with requirements of projects or other work activities.
