Strong Program/Project Manager specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) with a proven track record in successfully managing projects using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in guiding M&A initiatives, excellent communication skills, and a talent for stakeholder management. This role demands a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of M&A projects while fostering collaboration and transparency within Agile frameworks. MUST HAVE: Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager with a focus on M&A projects. Profile Must reflect this experience or summary provided with highlights otherwise it will be rejected.
Extensive experience in implementing Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder management.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex M&A transactions and provide strategic guidance.
Minimum 6+ years in very recent project/program management experience
With at least 4 years of that dedicated to running large IT projects
Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently in an enterprise environment.
Solid experience in: Decision-making and negotiations Risk assessment, and mitigation strategies
Excellent communication, problem-solving, conflict/resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills required.
Should demonstrate consistent ability to guide cross-functional teams and deliver solutions while mitigating or removing hurdles/obstacles.
