Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and community engagement
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
Follow up on leads quickly and consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline
Prepare quotes, present solutions, and close sales to meet production goals

Requirement

Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (fully-paid by Farmers Insurance)
Proficiency in Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
