Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old
- TB test according to district guidelines
- Current or obtainable school-mandated clearances
- Ability to stand, walk, and provide physical assistance when necessary
Preferred Experience:
- School, special education, behavioral health, or child care background
- Comfortable supporting students with autism or behavioral challenges
- CPI, PMT, or RBT knowledge beneficial but not required
- Demonstrated patience, reliability, and teamwork
