We're currently looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to help streamline and support our fast-paced sales environment while delivering excellent service to our customers. In this role, you'll be instrumental in helping reps process opportunities and sales orders in a timely manner. Ultimately, your sales support will free up our reps to focus on what they do best, pursuing new opportunities and hitting targets, not being bogged down in paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries about order status, shipping, billing, returns, or product availability.
- Processing sales quotes, orders, and demo requests accurately and quickly.
- Own the coordination of the contract renewal process. Prepare and support documentation for ongoing and renewing customer agreements.
- Coordinating communication between customers, vendors, our warehouse, and the sales team.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.
- Troubleshooting and escalating issues when needed, while ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
- Providing the sales team with relevant research, account updates, or manufacturer information.
- Proactively looking for ways to improve our customer experience and internal workflows.
- Staying up to date on our products and services so you can support both clients and sales reps effectively.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A detail-oriented, highly organized mindset with the ability to juggle tasks and stay calm under pressure.
- A collaborative attitude and a proactive approach-you don't just wait for tasks, you find ways to add value.
- Experience working with manufacturers, distributors, or technical products is a plus.
