We are seeking a CSS to join our team in Miami , FL , to lead and work on various FDOT projects.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Research contracts, plans and regulatory agency manuals to determine and analyze specifications and requirements.

• Reviews contractors' progress reports and field representatives' diary sheets.

• Prepare contract payment estimates for review by the project staff

• Document management.

• Tracking of pay items during the project

• Maintains logs and reports.

• Assists in the preparation of change orders and/or supplemental agreements and project plan updates.

• Prepares calculations and documentation to update final estimate package.

What will you contribute?

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field. With Associate's degree, eight years of related experience. Without a degree, ten years of related experience is required. Some experience in electronic job data entry is generally required.

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations, to understand contract plans and specifications, organize information, and use PC and applicable software.
