Your Role

• Utilize our state-of-the-art platform along with your network to source potential healthcare candidates
• Engage with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Arrange appointments for candidates with our recruiters for thorough screening conversations
• Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and assist throughout the hiring process
• Keep accurate and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and successful placements from your leads

Compensation Structure
