What You'll Contribute

• Identify promising healthcare candidates leveraging our exclusive platform as well as your personal network
• Engage with potential candidates to share the unique opportunities at MLR and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruitment specialists for thorough evaluations
• Keep in touch with leads to foster their interest and support them through their employment journey
• Ensure all candidate interactions and data are accurately documented in our applicant tracking system
• Obtain commission based on the meetings you set up, the interviews you facilitate, and the hires resulting from your lead interactions

Compensation Structure

This role is purely performance-based with a commission-only model. This gives you limitless earning potential based on the value you provide:
