What It Takes to Run the Show.

• High school diploma or GED . (General business and mathematical knowledge expected).
• Experience matters . 2 years of secretarial or administrative experience required. (Commercial, consumer, or real estate lending experience preferred). Bachelor's degree may substitute for required work experience.
• Detail-driven . You spot what others miss and always double-check.
• Tech confident. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Positive and dependable. You bring good vibes and great follow-through.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
• Flexibility and initiative
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

From Clock In to Clock Out.

Perform administrative and clerical duties in support of Loan Officers handling commercial loans. Assist lending officers with collection efforts, including preparation of past-due notices, exception tracking / clearing, and related follow-up. Prepare loan documentation and ensure compliance with the Bank's lending policies and procedures. Type, file, answer phones, greet customers, and assist prospective and existing customers. Respond to routine customer inquiries via phone and email; resolve issues or refer them to appropriate departments. Work closely with internal departments to deliver full banking services to customers. Actively support the organization's Customer Service First sales and service culture. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
