We're a well-established, rapidly growing insurance property restoration company based in the MinneapolisSt. Paul Metro areaserving residential and commercial clients across the region. With large annual revenues and an aggressive growth plan, we're looking for a Controller to lead our accounting operations and help shape the financial future of our company. At Paul Davis Restoration, we're not just restoring properties we're restoring lives and creating opportunities. As an industry leader with over 100 team members, and a growing multi-location footprint, we're seeking a bold, results-driven leader.
What You'll Do :
- Oversee all accounting functions : A / R, A / P, GL, payroll, and job costing
- Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyze financial performance and project profitability; drive cost control strategies
- Own and optimize the job costing process and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting
- Collaborate with operations to align financials with project execution
- Ensure internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
- Lead and mentor a small, high-performing accounting team
- Implement process improvements and optimize financial systems
