Mechanical/Plumbing Designer/DrafterMK2 Engineers is searching for a Mechanical/Plumbing Designer for our growing mechanical department.Minimum Qualifications:5-10 years experience in A/E firms as a mechanical designer in California.Min 5 years of plumbing design experience.Knowledge of building codes, including mechanical, plumbing, and NFPA standards.AutoCAD experience and understanding of engineering design and CAD workflows.Primary Responsibilities:Provide Mechanical/Plumbing designs for projects' drawings and specifications.Provide mechanical/plumbing design from schematic through construction administration. Design and engineer plumbing systems for new and retrofits.Manage all aspects of plumbing design projects, including load and pressure drop calculations.As a Mechanical/Plumbing Designer, you will be responsible for the quality and quantity of the mechanical engineering design products.
