Position Responsibilities :

  • Participating in technical pre-sales activities to understand client needs and provide insights for tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating with clients to scope project requirements, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
  • Developing comprehensive proposals, including estimations, to outline project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Effectively communicate product and platform requirements to internal teams and establish feedback loops.
  • Leading and overseeing end-to-end client implementation processes, bridging the gap between proposal and actual implementation.
  • Conducting thorough Inception / Discovery processes to identify key change triggers and project requirements.
  • Collaborating with leadership to manage change management initiatives for seamless implementation.
  • Ensuring product implementation aligns with defined scope and budget or adapts to identified changes.
  • Driving customer success by creating and managing plans that meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Establishing repeatable processes and best practices for implementation.
  • Taking ownership of defining and maintaining the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Defining stabilization and handover processes for successful project completion.
  • Formalizing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and preparing regular progress reports for clients.
  • Providing valuable product feedback to the Product team for continuous improvement.

  • Customer Satisfaction : Ensuring clients are satisfied with the implementation process and the solutions provided.
  • Implementation Success : Achieving project milestones within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Gross Margin : Maintaining healthy project profitability while delivering value to clients.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven experience in healthcare data analytics implementations for healthcare providers (payer experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with healthcare data-driven point solutions is advantageous.
  • Expertise in value-based care, clinical quality, and member / patient engagement strategies.
  • Experience in client delivery for a professional services / consulting firm is preferred.

    • Skills :

  • You will need a diverse skill set to thrive as the Director of Client Implementation :
  • Strong client-facing skills, able to lead implementations and interact effectively with clients.
  • Daily collaboration with internal technical implementation teams to ensure project success.
  • Proficiency in building and executing project plans to guide implementation processes.
  • Ability to create and present internal and client-facing progress reports.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to address client needs and concerns.
  • Solid technical project management skills, with a comfort level in technical discussions.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients, showcasing professionalism and expertise.
  • Strong management consulting skills, backed by hands-on experience with SQL and databases.
