CRST's Dedicated Solutions division is focused on service excellence to retailers and producers who need consistent, dependable, high-quality delivery services. We provide customers the flexibility of a private fleet, without the expense.
The Role
The Dispatch Manager supports daily fleet operations by coordinating dispatch activity, managing freight movement, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with drivers to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time service. This individual contributor role partners closely with internal teams and, when applicable, customer contacts to support operational continuity, driver engagement, and service reliability across assigned shifts, including off-hours support.
Shift & Schedule: Alternating weekly shift 5 pm - 5 am.
1st week: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
2nd week: Sun, Wed, Thu
Location: Onsite in Cedar Rapids
Compensation: $60,000 *A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range. This shift is eligible for a shift differential.
