We are looking for a Legal Assistant / Title Processor to support residential and commercial real estate transactions. This role involves handling title work, preparing legal documents, coordinating closings, and providing overall support to attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities
Conduct title searches for real estate transactions
Prepare and review title and legal documents
Assist with drafting closing documents and settlement statements
Coordinate closings with attorneys, clients, lenders, and third parties
Review contracts, including “as-is” agreements
Maintain organized and accurate files
Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in transactions
Qualifications
1+ year of experience as a Legal Assistant or Title Processor preferred (training considered)
Familiarity with real estate contracts, including “as-is” contracts
Knowledge of title processes and real estate transactions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Associate degree or higher in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
Skills & Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience drafting title and closing documents
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
